EveryAction Migration
Led a three-month migration project which updated our programmatic newsletter software from Salsa Engage to EveryAction
Responsibilities
- Served as project manager for the migration process.
- Coordinated migration with EveryAction and internal program staff.
- Collaborated with finance department to set up new merchant account information.
- Created internal guides for EveryAction best practices.
- Served as an administrator for the new EveryAction platform, troubleshooting issues and escalating them to EverAction's help desk.
Results
- Migrated contacts and set up newsletters for Freshwater Institute and Resourceful Communities programs.
