• Served as project manager for the CRM migration process

• Coordinated migration efforts with EveryAction and internal program staff

• Partnered with the finance team to set up new merchant account information

• Created internal documentation on EveryAction best practices

• Acted as platform administrator, troubleshooting issues and escalating them to EveryAction support
